Ultimate Health Coach Natural Health

The Complete Wellness System is a combination of different health and wellness modalities combined and integrated to improve overall health from a holistic perspective.  We combine Personal Training, Massage Therapy, Nutrition, Herbs, Nutraceuticals, Aromatherapy, Breathing Exercises, Self-Defense, and Detoxification to attack any health issues you may have.  We start with two basic premises:

  1. Your body has the innate ability to heal itself, and
  2. All disease begins in the gut.

Through diet, exercise, and relaxation, we can get you to your Ultimate Health.

With our Shuttic Shape Program, we can get you started on your health and fitness journey.  After taking my Health Questionnaire, we will set up an online assessment and health consultation.  You will receive a diet and exercise plan and have access to our library of workouts.  We will discuss supplements and various diet options (because everyone is different.)

We have workouts for all levels, so no need to worry.  Most of the workouts are about 30-minutes long, but some can go up to 60-minutes.  Our classes include Balance, Stretching, & Breathing, Seated Workouts, Seated Yoga, Dumbbell Workouts, Bosu Ball Workouts, Full Body Workouts, Upper and Lower Body workouts, Cardio Workouts, Abs & Core Workouts, Kickboxing Workouts, Bootcamp Workouts, Circuit Training Workouts, Functional Fitness Workouts, Yoga, and more.  And we have an Exercise Lab if you need some guidance on how to do some of the exercises.

You will have access to a Diet Tracker, so you can keep track of what you’re eating.  You’ll know how many grams of carbs, fat, and protein you’re getting along with the number of calories.  You’ll learn how to eat a healthier diet.

We’ve put together PowerPoint Presentations on various health topics, and you will have access to those.

Lastly, you will receive a monthly Health Consultation to see how you’re doing and see if we need to make any adjustments.  This is a great program to get you started.  Watch some of the testimonials to see what others have to say…
