About Bill Shuttic

First, let me thank all of the people I have worked with over the years. Helping others actually helps me in my life quest and keeps me grounded.

I am an author, speaker, Natural Health Practitioner, Nutritionist, Herbalist, Personal Trainer, Massage Therapist, and Health & Life Coach.

I work with clients of all ages to help them improve their health, gain more energy, increase strength and flexibility, heal naturally, and prevent illness by making healthy changes in their diet and lifestyle combined with massage and exercise. I have worked with Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, Physical Therapists, and professional athletes. You can meet me at the Studio, in the privacy of your own home, or online.

My goal is to work with you, in whatever your life situation, to help you grow in mind, body, and spirit. You just have to be willing to take the first step. Make the decision to change your life, and then just do it.

I have been practicing martial arts for thirty-five years. I’ve studied kenpo, aikido, jujitsu, iaido, and Krav Maga. In 2000, I got certified as a Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, Herbalist and Life Coach. I continue my studies in Natural Health. I lived in Japan for four years in the 90’s, which is where I studied aikido and iaido.

I have developed several workout videos including Functional Fitness, Seated Workout for Seniors, Kickboxing, and Workouts for Stroke Survivors. I created the BillyStix 6-Part Workout Series by combining all of my experience in martial arts and as a personal trainer.

As a natural health practitioner, I believe our bodies have the innate ability to heal itself if we have a healthy immune system. Are you overweight?
