Bill has worked with my 84 year-old father for months. Before committing to a particular trainer, my sisters and I interviewed a number of people and toured a number of gyms. We selected Bill because of his approach to total health, rather than just working out. He communicates with me regularly regarding my Dad’s progress, and works with us to help my Dad build muscle and improve balance. Bill also sends regular emails about nutrition, supplements, stretching, relation, and other helpful health topics , and gives us feedback and recommendations regarding safe weight loss alternatives. Bill is also good at finding ways to motivate my Dad in terms that an 84 year-old understands and appreciates. We have seen marked improvement and are grateful for Bill’s patience and dedication.
Allow me to start with this opening statement; Bill is one of those rare individuals that actually walk the talk. I found Bill to be honest and instilled with integrity to work together. My personal experience includes working on major projects within the environmental industry. Our collaborative research, our planning and then our conclusive work presented opportunities to our clients. In fact, some of our work found its way into the UN Climate Change Conference, COP 17 in Denmark. In retrospect, I found Bill to be hard-working, caring, and with a daily positive attitude. He has a good reputation of dependability and endurance.
I took Bill’s self defense class last Saturday. It was a priceless experience. Bill starts the class by testing people on their “street smarts” and general awareness. Bill then walks the class through what to do it different attack situations. Bill is a masterful teacher who acknowledges everyone’s strengths, weaknesses, and varying abilities. I have a confidence I never had before after taking this class. I now know what to do if someone grabs me and am confident the skills I learned work. I am recommending it to numerous friends and co-workers.
I travel all over the world playing tennis, and I can say that Bill is one of the best therapists in the world that I have come across.
The boot camp class offered by Bill Shuttic was exactly the level of exercise and support I have been looking for. From the first day and onward, Bill was approachable and understanding of each of the class members. He suggested alternative routines to accommodate member’s injuries. His constant positive encouragement motivated me to challenge myself to reach a higher workout level each time. I am looking forward to continuing exercising with Bill in the future.

Bill is incredible at what he does. I’ve known Bill for a little over a year now and recently hired him to become my personal trainer.
