Bill has worked with my 84 year-old father for months. Before committing to a particular trainer, my sisters and I interviewed a number of people and toured a number of gyms. We selected Bill because of his approach to total health, rather than just working out. He communicates with me regularly regarding my Dad’s progress, and works with us to help my Dad build muscle and improve balance. Bill also sends regular emails about nutrition, supplements, stretching, relation, and other helpful health topics , and gives us feedback and recommendations regarding safe weight loss alternatives. Bill is also good at finding ways to motivate my Dad in terms that an 84 year-old understands and appreciates. We have seen marked improvement and are grateful for Bill’s patience and dedication.
