What Ultimate Health & Wellness does

Physical Training

My style of physical training is based on Interval Training combining all body parts with cardio, balance, coordination, and strength.  I work with people who work out 2-5 times a week. Because we’re not working out every day, we can take our workout days and work all body parts. If we’re working out together 1-on-1, our sessions are either 30 or 60 minutes. My videos are mostly 30-minute workouts. I created these 30-minute workouts for busy people who may not have an hour to workout. Furthermore, by working out for 30-minutes, you can work out every day, if you have time.  My video workouts are great for people who work out at home.  I have created hundreds of home workout videos.  I am the King of Home Workouts!

Nutritional Counseling

Nutrition makes up about 60% of your health. If you’re not putting the right nutrients in your body, all the working out in the world won’t help you. In my Complete Wellness System, nutrition is combined with training and relaxation to make you healthy. We typically start with a Detox or Cleanse in order to reset your system and “clean out the pipes.” You’ll be amazed at how you feel after a detox. When you get the junk out of your system, many of your health issues may simply vanish. In addition to healthy eating, I also utilize Nutraceuticals which are pharmaceutical-grade nutritional supplements. We will discuss Superfoods, anti-inflammatory foods, gut health, and alkaline diets. There are many types of diets out there including Paleo, Vegan, Mediterranean, Raw Food, etc. I can work with you with whatever type of diet you prefer, as long as it’s healthy.

Supplementation

Supplementation is very important in maintaining health. Today’s food doesn’t contain as many vitamins and minerals as they used to, because the topsoil has less nutrients than before. Also, food loses much of its nutritional content when it goes through processing, which is why processed food is not a healthy choice. A 1-a-Day vitamin/mineral may be sufficient, but there are many types of health-specific nutrients for various health issues. I use pharmaceutical-grade nutritional supplements called nutraceuticals. Once you complete the health questionnaire, we will have a better idea of what type of supplementation you may need.

Detoxification

Detoxification is key in creating health in your body. Your body gets many types of toxins through the air, gas fumes, pharmaceuticals, insecticides, pesticides, alcohol, NSAIDs, food coloring, cigarette smoke, etc. Your body detoxifies through your GI tract, Liver, Kidneys, Skin, and Lungs. Detoxing gets the junk out of your system and allows your body to operate more efficiently. This will help you be healthier, allows you to lose weight more easily, and reduces your risk of disease. And it will make you feel better, too. We suggest some type of detox and offer various different detox programs.

Coaching

As a Professional Coach, I can help you if you are feeling “stuck” in your life. If you feel like you need a change in your life, I can help you work through the issues, set goals, make plans, and motivate you to make the necessary changes to get you to where you want to be. The interesting thing about my life coaching, and something that I think makes me unique, is that it is part of my Complete Wellness System. Most Life Coaches do not have knowledge about how to diet, exercise, and relaxation can actually help the way you think and feel. By utilizing all the various health modalities, I can get you healthy in body, mind, and spirit.That will allow you to feel better about yourself and help put you on the path to reaching your goals and ultimate success!

Typically, life coaching focuses on identifying and pursuing your life purpose and focusing your present life for getting greater energy, fulfillment and productivity. As your life coach, we will work together in order to create a process of thinking, planning, deciding and doing. Rather than just talking, we will set up a framework that actually forces you to clarify objectives, explore various options, make decisions and become accountable.

We will set agendas, define problems, create goals, develop option, discuss obstacles and take action. I am going to help you go deeper, think new thoughts and develop new solutions. If you are feeling stuck in your current situation, you may just need some structure and help getting motivation.

We can discuss work, money, living environment, personal growth, health, family, relationships, school or whatever you are struggling with. I want you to fulfill your own personal life purpose.

What makes me unique is that I come for a natural health and well background. I look and things differently from many others. I understand how diet, exercise and relaxation can help. I understand how lack of nutrients, lack of exercise and too many toxins in your system affect how you think, act and feel.

So as a bonus to being your life coach, I will also be your health coach.

Group Classes

We teach various types of group classes live and in person. I currently teach a Class called Functional Fitness for Active Seniors at Alhambra Park on Mon, Tues, Thurs, and Fri from 9:00 – 10:00 am and Lacy Park on Wed and Fri at 10:30.  The classes are $5/class.   The classes are also streamed on Zoom.  You are welcome to join if you are in the neighborhood or sign up for the online classes via Zoom.

We also teach corporate classes. If you have a business and would like to set up some classes, please contact me to set that up.

We also offer a 4-Hour Women’s Self-Defense Course. If you have a group (ie. Women’s Group, Corporate Group, Real Estate Group, etc.), and would like to set up a class, we can arrange the class for your group. We will also be offering the course at various times throughout the year. We will let everyone know when the next class is scheduled.

We also offer BillyStix training courses for other Personal Trainers. If you would like to be a Certified BillyStix Instructor, this is the class you will need to take. This is a 4-hour course. If you are interested, please put your name on the list, and we will let you know when we will be having the next class.

We will also be doing live fitness group classes for members/clients. Sometimes it is fun to take a class live.
